The Special Kaiseki "Banquet Plate" is served for limited periods of time in spring and autumn, and you can enjoy dishes cooked with seasonal local ingredients in your room in a relaxed manner. The Plate is always a popular choice. When you eat meals in your rooms, grilled fish, boiled fish, hot pot dishes, sashimi and other fruits of the sea as well as riches of the soil are also served. You can choose a menu of your choice.

You eat as much of your favorite dish as you like at the buffet-style restaurant "Stella Maris." In the open kitchen, which is attracting a lot of attention, the chef shows off his skills in front of your eyes. You can enjoy both his dynamic cooking performance and dishes straight from the oven.
In the Japanese restaurant "Nanakamado," you can savor local ingredients in seasonal dishes while commanding a view of Lake Toya from the window.

According to the dining style, you can enjoy to your heart's content a wide assortment of products of the sea and the mountains in Hokkaido, such as locally caught crabs and seafood harvested in Funka Bay.
